Relevant rules about pre-sale
Pay deposit between Oct. 20-Oct. 21, pay the balance between Oct. 22-Oct. 24.
Deposit rules: After paying the deposit, consumers should consciously abide by the relevant provisions of the guarantee law; after paying the deposit, the final payment is not paid on schedule due to the consumer's reasons, or the consumer applies for a refund but is judged to be not the seller’s responsibility, the deposit will not be refunded; If both parties agree to refund the deposit, consumers can contact the merchant to return the deposit.
Deposit reduction: Some pre-sold goods support the "deposit reduction" rights. When consumers purchase pre-sale goods* that support a deposit reduction, they can enjoy the consumer rights of a pre-sale price reduction (the "pre-sale price" shown on the detail page), that is, after the consumer pays the deposit, the pre-sale Price=Total price of pre-sale merchandise-immediate reduction amount. The actual reduction amount is subject to the actual display on the pre-sale merchandise details page. In the event of a refund for a pre-sale order, the maximum refundable amount is the amount paid by the consumer.
Instructions for paying the balance: the balance payment shall be paid in accordance with the transaction process set by the unice mall system.
Pre-sale goods will be automatically added to the shopping cart after the deposit payment is completed, and the balance payment does not supports combined payment and settlement with other active goods (including pre-sales). Consumers can also settle separately in the pre-sale order list.
During the event, the pre-sold goods that have successfully paid the full amount (deposit + final payment) will provide a 30-day free return and exchange service in accordance with unice's "30-day Free Return Standard".
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend and indemnify the www.unice.com Companies, the www.unice.com Affiliates, and/or their respective suppliers and any of their officers, directors, employees ,and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:
• Your breach of this Agreement or the documents referenced herein;
• Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party;
• Your use of this Website.
